Who is Raum·klang for?
For people with little energy who want a simple, calm way to relax.
-
ME/CFS
Very slow delta sounds and a crash guard that reminds you to rest after a time you set. This helps you avoid overdoing it.
-
Fibromyalgia
Soft theta sounds for letting go and winding down, plus a diary where you record pain and mood.
-
ADHD
Calm alpha sounds as a background for focus periods, with a timer and no distracting interface.
-
Sleep
Deep delta sounds, nature noises and a timer with a gentle fade-out, so the audio does not stop in the middle of the night.

Nature sounds
Rain, ocean, fire, singing bowls and noise can be mixed freely with the binaural beats.

Guided breathing exercises with sound and vibration. You simply follow the rhythm.
-
Diary: does it work for me?
Note how you feel before and after a session. The app shows which programs suit you personally. This is your own comparison, not proof.

Does the app cost anything?
No. Raum·klang is free for good, with no ads, no subscription and no restricted features. If you like, you can support the project with a voluntary donation.
Do I need an account or a download?
No. You can use the app straight away in your browser. You only need an account if you want to keep your diary across several devices. An app store installation is not required.
How do binaural beats work, and do I need headphones?
Your left and right ear hear two slightly different tones. Your brain perceives the difference as a slow pulsing. You need headphones for this. With speakers the effect does not occur.
Does Raum·klang help with ME/CFS, fibromyalgia or ADHD?
Many people find the sounds calming. However, the evidence for binaural beats is limited and mixed. Raum·klang is not a medical device, does not promise a cure and does not replace medical treatment or therapy.
How do I install the app on my phone?
On iPhone, open the page in Safari, tap Share and choose "Add to Home Screen". On Android, open it in Chrome and choose "Install app" from the menu. The Install page has a detailed guide.

Raum·klang does not sell data and shows no ads. The servers are in the EU. There is only one technically necessary cookie. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

Raum·klang is a project by Stefan Ebenhoch from Austria. It is funded with the kind support of Voralyn Technologies GmbH and ITworx Solutions AT GmbH, plus voluntary donations.

It does not replace medical treatment or therapy. Always discuss changes to your treatment with your doctor.
You need headphones for binaural beats. Start quietly and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. If you have epilepsy or another neurological condition, please talk to your doctor first.
